Returns &Exchanges Policy
-Purchase (except swimwear&Lingerie and final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
-Please keep in mind that all the returns must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package please contact us within 48 hours .so we can address and correct any problems.
Refused Items: If you attempt to return an item that is non-returnable, incomplete, or with signs of use it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Return to Sender Packages: Packages that are returned by the carrier due to being refused or undeliverable will be subject to a return shipping fee. Please keep in mind that return shipping fees vary depending on your location and the weight of the package.
Return Processing Time: All returns are processed within 4-5 business days upon arrival to our warehouse. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once a refund has been issued.
Lost packages:please contact with us ASAP if your package is missing.we will contact with the logistics providers to deal with the problem.If the package cannot be retrieved,we will refund your money or resent the package to you.

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request(including FREE items&GIFTS) if the order have already been shipped!
Sometimes,we will send you some free items as gifts like masks, panties, lingerie,and so on.these are all based on the Uncancelled order. We will charge the fees if you have received the free items and would like to cancel the order.
